Problem: Parkinson’s patients only see their doctors for ~30 mintues/year, only gaining a snapshot of the patient’s progression, leading to a decreased quality of life.

Monitor.PD: Monitor.PD is an app for remote Parkinson’s Disease monitoring, enabling doctors to access patient data, families to monitor loved ones, and extending the data to clinical trial technicians, ultimately advancing Parkinson’s research.

Progress: Won $25,000 from Buildspace S4 (won from 17,000+ builders), earned Canada’s Youth Entrepreneur Award, featured on NPR Teen Scientist, and partnered with North American hospitals. Currently building a similar solution for PragmaClin Research, Inc and partnering with Parkinson’s Canada.
